It is not possible to change articles on order. If the article is not of your liking or you are unhappy with it you can send it back (see question “How can I return an article?) and wait for refund.

Customer must start return clicking this link and filing the web page (within 30 days from the delivery of the package to the shipping address).

You can use the same packaging or a new one to return the article/s, sticking on the package the address label that you can find into the box.

We invite you to try on the articles without removing labels and seals, any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged will not be refunded. Should the above mentioned conditions not be met, BERETTA shall send to Customer an e-mail message warning that for the reasons written in the notice Customer shall not be entitled to any refund for the price paid to BERETTA.

This is not a problem, by contacting Customer Service procedures will be checked by return service center and you will be given your tracking number.
