At the moment, direct product exchanges are not possible. If you wish to order a different size, we kindly ask you to return your current order and place a new one through our eStore.

All information regarding how to submit a return request online and how to ship the item is available in our Return Policy.

For the shipment, you can use the original box or a new one, sticking on the package the address label that you can find into the box.

We invite to try on the articles without removing labels and seals, as any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged will not be refunded. Should the above mentioned conditions not be met, Beretta shall send to the customer an email warning that, for the reasons written in the notice, the customer shall not be entitled to the refund.
