RETURN PROCEDURE:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within thirty days of receipt (unless otherwise specified in promotions), you can return it and be refunded the amount spent for the products on the same payment method used.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND CONCLUDE YOUR RETURN:
1. If you are already a registered user, log into your MyBeretta Community personal area, enter the "Your Orders" section and select "View Orders"; choose the order for which you want to make the return and click on "Order Details".
2. If you made your purchase as a guest, click here: enter the order number we sent you via the confirmation email and the associated email address. Alternatively, you can find the link to the desired section at the bottom of the page under the "Track Order" section; to complete the procedure, follow the instructions below.
CREATE YOUR RETURN
Select the product/s you want to return and fill in the mandatory fields required to complete the procedure:
• Select the reason for the return
• Select the quantity of products you want to return
• Accept the terms and conditions
WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once the procedure is complete, you will receive an email at the specified address explaining the final steps to conclude your return:
• Contact the Customer Support at estore@beretta.com to ask for the return label to apply to the package (specify your order number); check that the package is well sealed;
• Call DHL and schedule the pick-up providing the following Account Code: 955 496 123; alternatively, you can take the package directly to the nearest DHL Point;
• When the return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will refund the payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g. credit card) and you will be notified via email.
*IN CASE YOU LOST THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DO NOT WORRY, INSIDE THE PACKAGE THAT WE SENT YOU WILL FIND A SUMMARY RECEIPT WITH ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

PROCEDURE FOR SIZE CHANGE:
1. An automatic size change service is not available, so you must first make a return and then a new purchase. For the return, follow the procedure in the previous paragraph;
2. You can make a new purchase at any time as the two processes are independent; the refund consists of a direct credit to the instrument you used to make the payment, not a redeemable voucher on the website.
3. If the price has been modified (for example, because a promotion has ended), send an email to the following address specifying the items you intend to re-purchase and you will be provided with a special promo code that will guarantee the same economic conditions.
