After adding the desired products to your cart, you can proceed to purchase as a registered user or as a guest. You can then make the payment using the available methods.

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your purchase. It is important to note that if you provide an incorrect email address, we will not be able to forward the notification to a correct address.

If the purchased products are not available, we will send the available ones or, in the case of a single unavailable product, cancel the order. The cost of the unavailable items will not be charged.

A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number. If you can't find the confirmation email, we suggest checking your spam folder.

If you placed the order as a registered user, you will also find the order number in your personal section.

Users with a registered account can check the status of their order through the dedicated personal area. If the order was placed as a guest, it can be tracked through the "Track Your Order" section located at the bottom right of our homepage.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from completion; once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your shipment.

Make sure to use the updated version of your operating system and we recommend trying the purchase process on a different browser or device. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support and provide, if possible, a screenshot of the error message.

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order, as you can also do it as a guest. However, having an account allows you to save time as it allows you to store your address and payment details for future purchases.

It is not possible to reserve an item that is temporarily unavailable, but you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as the item is restocked.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, so the discount cannot be applied afterward. We suggest contacting Customer Support if you wish to cancel the order, or alternatively, you can use the code for your next purchase.

It is not possible to change sizes, colors, etc. once the order is placed. We recommend contacting Customer Support to cancel the order, or alternatively, you can request a return of the item after delivery.

Modifications cannot be made to orders once they are placed. If you wish so, you can place a new order.

Please contact Customer Support to request the cancellation of your order. However, if the package has already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, and you will have the option to initiate a return after receiving the goods.

Our website is entirely dedicated to purchases by end consumers, who can use the order confirmation to request assistance and warranty. Therefore, the issuance of an invoice is not available.

Please contact our Customer Support to verify this possibility. Please note that if it is possible, this procedure may cause a delay in delivery.

We apologize that your order has been canceled. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a specific reason for the cancellation.

For further information about the order and its cancellation, we recommend contacting our customer service. We also suggest placing a new order for the desired items.

If the order, or a part of it, has been canceled, you will be refunded accordingly.

You probably placed the order as a guest. In this case, the order is not associated with a registered account. Nonetheless, you can still check the status of the order using the tracking service.
