Delivery to the EU countries with standard shipping is guaranteed within 3-5 business days, while with Express shipping it takes place within 1-3 business days. Express delivery is not valid for rural areas. Delivery may experience delays during promotional or holiday periods.

For the UK and Norway, standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days although delivery might be delayed because of the International Customs' inspections. Please note that we must comply with the Customs' orders as they are Law Enforcement Authorities and we cannot do anything to have the shipment dispatched sooner than they need it to be.

The standard shipping fee to any EU country is €12.00 unless the order exceeds €99.00, in which case shipping is free. The Express shipping fee is €25.00.

Free shipping may vary during promotional periods.

 

As for shipping to the UK and Norway, the fee is €12.00 for orders below €150 and €39.00 for orders above €150. This is caused by the fact that exporting outside of the EU requires much higher expenses for shipments of a value higher than 150€.

Shipping is only possible to valid and correctly indicated addresses in the European Union countries, Norway and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to Jersey Island, the Canary Islands, and all the other non-EU countries.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number from our courier. Products marked as "in stock" will be shipped within 24-48 business hours from the date of order receipt.

We make every effort to meet the standard delivery times, but unforeseen circumstances may occur.

If you have not yet received the package with your order within the standard delivery times, please contact us.

If you complete your order and later wish to purchase additional items online, please contact customer service immediately. If the first order has not already been shipped, you will be provided with instructions to proceed with the second order and ensure that the two orders are shipped together.

If the first order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to modify the shipment.

Shipping to pickup points, mailboxes at Post Offices, and/or APO/FPO military addresses is not possible.

Your order will be shipped with DHL Express or UPS.
