Outside the waistband (OWB) belt holster made of genuine Italian premium leather for Beretta 92 Series Full Size pistols with Picatinny rail and standard bolt/slide (i.e. not brigadier), version for left-handed users.
The flat rear profile provides a snug fit to the body for an excellent wearability and excellent concealment under the jacket (note: the holster is positioned outside of the belt).
