Important Note
The oversized hinge pins are supplied with dimensions intended for use in repairs by specialized personnel on over-and-under shotguns requiring functional overhauls, not merely cosmetic ones. The pins undergo heat treatments necessary to ensure their strength.
They are not subjected to surface treatments such as nickel plating, chrome plating, or nistan bluing. They are supplied in the black color resulting from the heat treatment.
We recommend that gunsmiths have the surface treatments carried out locally by specialized workshops in order to guarantee consistency with the color of the receiver being serviced.
