I use the couches for my HK .45 magazines. They fit very well and are very tight. The tab also prevents them from slipping out. The Molle system allows me to attach these pouches to my backpack or plate carrier.

Advise put small 4x10cm kind of business card thick paper with how to size instruction in the shipping pack so you can use this as separator between both sticking velcro layers for smooth depth setting inside the pouch, once set pull the paper out.
