Free return is applicable on all orders for which a return request has been sent to Customer Service within 45 days from the delivery of the package to the shipping address. Customer must start return clicking this link and filing the web page, also Customer has to complete the return form slip that is included into the box. You can use the same packaging or a new one to return the article/s, sticking on the package the address label that you can find into the box (Centro Distribuzione Beretta, c/o Norbert Dentressangle Log., Via Lago Maggiore, 44, 36077 Altavilla Vicentina (VI) Italy). We invite you to try on the articles without removing labels and seals, any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged will not be refunded. Please contact the DHL Carrier (www.DHL.com) for define the pick-up day or take the box to the DHL Carrier.

Once the goods are returned to the warehouse the general conditions will be checked and then we will process the refund of the returned articles on the same credit card/PayPal account used to place the order. If the package will be returned to our warehouse without a return slip we won’t reimburse shipping costs. The offer is not valid on articles purchased previously.

Can I change an article?
