Oversized hinge pins are supplied with oversized dimensions to be used for overhauls of shotguns and not merely for aesthetical reasons. Hinge pins are subject to heat treatment in order to guarantee resistance.
They are NOT subject to surface treatment such nickel, chrome or nistan finish. They come in black color resulting from the heat treatment.
We warmly suggest to execute locally the surface treatment so that the result will be consistant with the color of the frame under repair.
